Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Wigs and personal care items
  • Opened electronic products
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Perishable plant supplies or damaged plants due to mishandling

🔄 Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for items with size/variant issues, provided the product is still in saleable condition. You may also exchange a defective product (within 7 days), subject to inspection.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit within 3–7 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items should be shipped to the return address provided upon request.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos and your order number when contacting us.
